3star88 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules
Please read this document carefully before using the 3star88 platform. By registering for or using any part of the platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set out herein.
Effective: 1 January 2026. These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using the 3star88 platform, you confirm that you:
- Be at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age of majority under the laws of your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
- Have full legal capacity to accept these Terms and be legally bound by this agreement.
- Not be located in any country or territory restricted from accessing online betting services.
- Using this platform for personal use only, and not on behalf of any third party in a commercial capacity without prior written consent from 3star88.
- Not create duplicate or multiple accounts with the intent to abuse platform bonuses or promotions.
3star88 reserves the right to request proof of identity or verification documents at any time to ensure compliance with the above conditions. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure, and the retention of any associated balance pending the outcome of the investigation.
Account Creation and Security Responsibilities
Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account active on the 3star88 platform. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any winnings obtained through those accounts.
- You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Your password must be unique, strong, and must not be shared with any other party.
- Notify 3star88 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Ensure that all registered personal information is accurate and up to date at all times.
- 3star88 uses industry-standard encryption to protect user account data.
- Login sessions are automatically terminated after a set period of inactivity.
- Two-factor authentication is available and strongly recommended for all users.
- We will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
Payments, Deposits, and Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit
All financial transactions on the 3star88 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for understanding and accepting any currency conversion fees that may be charged by their bank or payment provider in the event of a foreign currency conversion.
Accepted deposit methods include FPX (online banking), Touch 'n Go eWallet, and other local Malaysian payment options. Deposits are typically processed instantly, with a maximum processing time of one (1) business hour depending on the selected payment provider.
Withdrawal Rules
- Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account registered under the same name as your 3star88 account.
- Prior to your first withdrawal, full identity verification (KYC) may be required to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.
- Winnings derived from bonuses are subject to the rollover requirements stated in the relevant bonus terms before they are eligible for withdrawal.
- 3star88 reserves the right to suspend or reject any withdrawal request that raises reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or policy violations.
- Withdrawal processing time is between one (1) and three (3) business days.
Platform Usage Rules and Liability Limits
Users agree not to use the 3star88 platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner prohibited by these Terms. The following actions are strictly forbidden:
- Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security or functionality of any part of the platform.
- Spreading false, misleading, or defamatory information relating to 3star88.
- Abusing the bonus system, promotions, or special offers through dishonest means.
- Engaging in any form of financial fraud, including the use of stolen credit cards or unauthorised bank accounts.
3star88 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to:
- Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as network failures, system maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Financial losses resulting from the user's own betting decisions.
- Unauthorised access to a user's account resulting from the user's own negligence in safeguarding their password.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links, and Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the 3star88 platform — including logos, brand names, interface designs, text, graphics, images, and software — is the exclusive property of 3star88 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent from 3star88.
Account Termination and Suspension Policy
3star88 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or if we are directed to do so by the relevant authorities. In cases where an account is closed due to fraud, the account balance may be forfeited. If closure occurs for reasons unrelated to fraud, any valid balance will be returned to the user once the investigation is complete.

The 3star88 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided solely for user convenience and do not constitute our endorsement or approval of the content or practices of those sites. 3star88 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website.
Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
3star88 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via the platform or their registered email. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
